All of our Vendors and Carriers continue to expand their reach, service enhancements, management capabilities, and back them with a Quality of Service Agreement. 

When deciding on an Internet provider you should review their Quality of Service (QoS) Agreement, as well as obtain a third party verification of their latency and packet loss and Internet growth statistics. 

Colocation is also an option some have realized, putting your servers on a Carriers premises eliminates expensive local loop costs, allows quicker bandwidth expansion, and in some cases in-house support and expertise.

Internet Access pricing includes : 

• The Local loop is dependent on how far you are located from the chosen Carriers’ POP. The Internet Port charge is dependent on your speed/bandwidth (T-1, DS3, Burstable access), and the access method (frame relay, private line, ATM) 

Approximate Costs are:

• Dedicated T1 to internet ranges from $700.00 per month to $1400.00 depending on if you are located in a “lit building” and the TERM of the Agreement.

• Dedicated T3 or DS3 to the Internet ranges from $13,000 to $20,000.00 per month, depending on your location and the Term (1,2,3 years) of the agreement.

• Variable Charges including the Router which maybe included in costs, additional IP addresses, Burstable capability, as well as other options which vary by Carrier.
